Margaret Chapman, MD
Dr. Margaret Chapman is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her MD at Tufts University School of Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology residency at Boston University Medical Center, and Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. She is a board certified radiologist, and eligible for the Certificate of Additional Qualification in Neuroradiology.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Chapman earned her AB in Biology from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, graduating with distinction and honors, and Cum Laude on the basis of her thesis from the Department of Genetics and Development. She was then employed at Roche Pharmaceuticals in Palo Alto, California, in the department of Inflammatory and Viral Diseases Unit, where her responsibilities included utilizing the sub-genomic Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) replicon as a model for interrogating small molecule antiviral efficacy, several of which were enrolled in clinical trials.
Dr. Chapman’s interests include head and neck imaging and imaging of brain tumors.
