Dr. Michel Daoud Crema is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Radiology at Boston University School of Medicine (Boston, MA), and Associated Radiologist of the Department of Radiology at Saint-Antoine Hospital, University Paris VI (France). Dr. Crema is also Research Assistant Professor of Radiology at the Department of Radiology Research in Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital (Qatar). He is a French-board certified radiologist. Dr. Crema completed his residency at Saint-Antoine Hospital, University Paris VI, Paris, France. He completed a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging in the Department of Radiology at Boston University Medical Center, Boston, MA. Dr. Crema has been involved in musculoskeletal research, focusing on semiquantitative and quantitative scoring of osteoarthritis for several NIH and Pharmaceutical sponsored studies. Dr. Crema’s research interest also includes imaging of cartilage and sports medicine.
Dr. Crema has authored over 70 published peer-reviewed papers focusing on musculoskeletal imaging, osteoarthritis, cartilage, and sports medicine. He lectures regularly at scientific and medical meetings around the world.
